Pktk2 Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

By accessing and using the pktk2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between pktk2 and its users.

Pktk2 is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving Bangladesh and other selected countries. You must comply with all applicable local laws when using the platform. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country or region.

The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is provided for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

To register on pktk2, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

• Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to pktk2 immediately.
• Transferring or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required after registration.

Pktk2 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Delays may occur on banking holidays.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to your registered payment method — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Pktk2 does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on pktk2. They apply across all betting categories — cricket, football, tennis, Live Casino, and all other sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, or is placed at incorrect odds, pktk2 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and may be updated until a bet is confirmed.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary by category and event.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, pktk2 may place your payment on hold until an investigation is completed.

For parlays and multi-bets, all selections must win — losing any single one forfeits the entire bet. Make sure you have a stable internet connection when participating in live betting.

Pktk2 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and compliance is mandatory.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once on their first deposit. Rollover requirements must be met before the bonus can be used.
• Rollover Requirements: A wagering requirement of 5x to 20x the bonus amount typically applies. Check the specific bonus page for exact terms.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is identified, the entire bonus amount along with any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses may not be directly withdrawable; a rollover requirement may apply as per the terms.

Pktk2 is committed to providing a safe and fair betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering using a third party's identity.
• Bonus abuse — including strategic betting, arbitrage, or hedging solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Betting using match-fixing or inside information.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users.

If any such activity is detected, pktk2 will immediately suspend the account, conduct an investigation, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and update it regularly.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Pktk2 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone.

Pktk2 takes responsible betting seriously. Betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or anxiety. We encourage all users to make use of the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily or permanently to take a break from betting.

Pktk2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to submit the required documents.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure themselves. In such cases, the remaining balance will be verified and returned through the designated process, though any bonus balance will be forfeited.

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• If you are not satisfied with the customer support resolution, you may escalate the matter through a higher-level dispute resolution process.
• In any dispute relating to these terms, the decision of the platform's licensing regulatory authority shall be final.

Pktk2 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website whenever changes are made. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
